Homebrewing
Homebrewing skills will be shared on the aspects of fermentation, bottling, carbonation and aging. Further classes will touch on more complicated aspects of alcohol production including clarity, judging alcohol level, and how to achieve desired flavors. Classes will be twice a month (first and last Saturday of each month) for the purpose of leaving brews that the group has contributed on to observe the proper development of a brew and seeing the final product. The complications of beer-making and the limitless possibilities of wine-making will both be discussed thoroughly. Experienced wine and beer makers are very welcome to share knowledge.
Open discussions will be engaged on the monopoly that the provincial government holds on the alcohol industry in Ontario and how it affects us regarding the ridiculous amount of money they control.
This class will be held the
first & Last Saturday of every month at
3:00PM at 9 Yorkshire rd. N.
