The One Straw Revolution: An Introduction to Natural Farming

Reading out-loud and discussing the ideas and philosophy of "the One-Straw Revolution" by Masanobu Fukouka; The Four Principles are No Cultivation, No Fertilizer or Prepared Compost, No Weeding by tillage or herbicides, and no dependence on Chemicals, basically it can be called 'do-nothing' farming except for having to seed, trim and harvest.

After discovering the ideas of the book, we can explore how to implement these ideas in Guelph, and discuss the practicalities of using such philosophies.

This course will be held at 29 Moore Ave. Monday @8PM.
